Chicken Tuscan,Eat with thick slices of bread – a highly addictive and amazing sauce beware!
Chicken Tuscan is a truly delicious recipe which you can make at a very low cost, essentially just cooking pretty much any parts of the chicken and then creating an amazing, creamy spinach sauce with tomatoes and parmesan that everyone in the world would absolutely love. So here we go….
Ingredients
500g chicken breasts or thighs
100g of cleaned spinach
30g of grated parmesan
120g of double/heavy cream
50g of butter
15g of oregano
3 crushed garlic cloves
50 grams of sliced tomatoes or cherry tomatoes
Salt, Pepper, and Olive Oil
One Sliced Lemon
for making chicken tuscan you need to follow these easy steps:
- Season the chicken with salt, pepper, and oregano, leave to sit for 15mins. In a medium sized frying pan at medium heat, add some olive oil and then add the chicken. Cook for 10 minutes on each side until crispy but not burnt. Remove the chicken.
- In the empty frying pan add the butter and the garlic, cook for 30 seconds. Add the tomatoes until they become soft (around 3 minutes) and then add the spinach.
- Add the cream and parmesan and cook on a low heat for 5 minutes until the sauce is thick. Then add the chicken and cook for 5 minutes. Then Serve with the lemon slices on top, with thick slices of bread to dip into the remaining sauce.
